Attention Puppet Troupe! Blacklight begins! Puppets will begin again in February and will be done differently – different time, different place and different ages! Beginning February 12th, during the Sunday School class time, Lori will be working with the puppeteers in the classroom. As the grades have changed from last year for our Sunday School classes, third graders will now be included in the puppet troupe since it will be held during the class (previously this was an activity for 4-6th grade). The kids will follow the regular Sunday School lesson for the week and then some time will be spent on the puppet work at the end of each week’s lesson. How can your 7th or 8th grader be involved too? The junior high kids did work with the puppet troupe this fall and will be invited to help out again for the blacklight show. As the primary parts always go to the younger kids, the 3-6th graders will first learn the blacklight play in the early weeks during class period (9:30 to 10:15). Then, as we get nearer to the performance, a few Sundays will be scheduled for junior high to participate either before Sunday School class or at the end with the group.
